As a fully bilingual agency (English & French), we utilize intuitive digital environments—including interactive moodboards, shared Google Drive archives, customized CRM portals, and regular Google Meet sessions. We guide you through every creative stage step-by-step, making the remote process feel as intimate, transparent, and exciting as planning a private escape.

Our design journey is structured into four clear phases to ensure complete peace of mind:
Discovery & Vision: An in-depth consultation to understand your aesthetic aspirations, venue architecture, and guest experience goals.
Concept & Spatial Direction: A comprehensive design concept featuring custom moodboards, color palettes, tactile material selections, and spatial layouts.
Curation & Artistry: Selecting and liaising with specialized fine art florists, lighting technicians, local artisans, and rental houses to bring every detail to life.
On-Site Production & Execution: During your wedding week, our team manages all installation, styling, and breakdown on-site with meticulous precision.
How far in advance should we book your services?

To guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship and dedicated attention for each couple, we intentionally limit the number of celebrations we take on each year. Most of our international clients reach out 9 to 15 months in advance. However, if your date is sooner, feel free to inquire to check our availability for your specific venue and timeline.
How do we keep track of budget, timelines, and proposals?
